John Hudson is a Co-Founder and General Partner of Confluence Healthcare Partners. John has 30+ years of investment banking experience (25+ years in healthcare services) advising senior management teams and board of directors. At Wells Fargo Securities, John served as Vice Chair, Head of Client Origination and Head of Healthcare, Consumer and Gaming Investment Banking. Before joining Wells Fargo, John worked in the Healthcare Investment Banking group at Salomon Smith Barney (now Citigroup) and Kidder Peabody in New York. John has completed more than 350 M&A and capital-raising transactions on behalf of a diverse healthcare services client group. John earned a B.S. from Washington & Lee University and an M.B.A. from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

Dr. Woollen was the founding partner, President of Novant Medical Group, a 2,500 provider, multi-specialty group in the southeast and served as Executive VP for Novant Health, a 15-hospital system in NC and VA. He has served as Medical Director for AXIA Physician Solutions and serves on the board for Atlantic Medical Management. Dr. Woollen is an undergraduate of Davidson College, received his medical degree from Wake Forest University, and received his MBA at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
